New Purpose Statement Affirmed January 15, 2012
Vision Discernment on Saturday Jan 21st 9-noon
Vision is composed of several key adaptive challenges that flow from our Purpose Statement. They are the steps that god calls us to take in order to more fully realize our Purpose. Adaptive challenges are different than technical problems. Technical problems are easily identified and so is the solution, but may require an expert in the process. Adaptive challenges are neither easily identified nor come with an easy solution. They are not the work of experts or a small group but require the wider congregation to engage in the work.
